RETURN POLICY

 

We do not cover shipping fee on returned items.

No returns or exchanges. All sales final!

 

Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

HERE WILL BE SHIPMENT DELAYS. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED, PACKED AND SHIPPED.

  • SHIPMENT DAYS ARE ONLY ON MONDAY MORNINGS!  Payments are made during check out.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and packed. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and take approximately 5-7 business days. (NOT WEEKENDS) (Priority Mail) Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email. 

  • Pearlescent Beauty isn’t responsible for any lost items or Damaged items.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service & kindly send us an email. Pearlescent Beauty is not responsible for the packages that state have been delivered.

  • Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.

  • We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.

  • If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
